    Stunning views from the property. To the east are the mountains of the Subettica National Park (ldeal for walking and mountain biking). From the many roof terraces there are extensive 360 degree panoramic views of the vineyards and olive groves.

    • Malaga Airport 70 minutes drive. Granada Airport 90 minutes drive. Seville Airport 80 minutes drive. Montilla railway station 10 minutes drive. Cordoba railway station 40 minutes drive. Hire car recommended but minibus transfers available.
    • Golf: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). 2 golf courses are approximately 40 minutes drive. (mini bus available)
    • Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by driving for 90 minute(s). The ski resort of Sierra Nevada is 2 hours drive.
    • Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). A short walk into the village provides a supermarket bar/restaurant. A 10 minute drive gets you to 3 large towns, providing large international supermarkets and many restaurants and bars to suit all tastes and budgets. A must to try is the well known 'tapas'.
    • There are several lakes all within driving distance. Lake Iznajar (the Lake of Andalucia) is 32 km long and has its own beach. It can be reached in 30 minutes by car (mini bus available). The ocean/beach front of the Costa del Sol can be reached in 80 minutes by car.
    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    10% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 10 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 250 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chaircan be provided.
    • Check in after 4:00PM and check out before 10:00AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. Housekeeping is provided every 4 days during a stay.
