The views to be had from the villa are absolutely stunning and are of the mountains in the Subetica National Park.
• Malaga Airport is within a 90 minute(s) drive. You can choose from 3 airports to land at, you have Malaga which is an hour and 20 minutes away, Seville which is an hour and a half away and Granada which is an hour and 40 minutes away. For cheap airfares, Ryanair fly to Seville and Granada and Easyjet fly to Malaga.
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). There are 1 golf course(s) nearby.
• Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by driving for 120 minute(s). Granada and the Sierra Nevada are about a 2 hour drive away. In the winter there is plenty of skiing to be had in the mountains of the Sierra Nevada.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 20 minute(s). There is a small supermarket in the local village and also a very friendly bar/restaurant. These are about a 20 minute walk along a quiet country lane. There are 3 towns within a 20 minute drive and these have numerous shops, bars and restaurants.
• Beach is located within a 90 minute(s) drive.
• Nearby Attractions: The Costa Del Sol and all its beachside resorts, ie:- Malaga, Puerto Banus etc, are about an hour and a half away by car.
20% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

Deposit can be paid by personal cheque. Balance due, to be paid in cash upon arrival.

• Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chair can be provided.
• Check in after 1:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Maid Service is provided every 7 days during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
