A Beautiful Villa In Rural Andalucia, With Stunning Views Of The Mountains.
Our villa has been recently renovated and although catering for the modern life we kept many of the original features. Set amongst our own olive grove, the villa has 3 private terraces and a 9mx5m pool. The views of the mountains that are seen from the villa are absolutely stunning. Set in rural Andalucia you have all the peace and quiet you could ever wish for. For those of you who enjoy bird spotting or walking, the subetica national park is only a 20 minute drive away and has numerous eagles and other birds of prey. While rural there are 3 towns nearby with plenty of bars and restaurants.

    • Malaga Airport is within a 90 minute(s) drive. You can choose from 3 airports to land at, you have Malaga which is an hour and 20 minutes away, Seville which is an hour and a half away and Granada which is an hour and 40 minutes away. For cheap airfares, Ryanair fly to Seville and Granada and Easyjet fly to Malaga.
    • Golf: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). There are 1 golf course(s) nearby.
    • Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by driving for 120 minute(s). Granada and the Sierra Nevada are about a 2 hour drive away. In the winter there is plenty of skiing to be had in the mountains of the Sierra Nevada.
    • Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 20 minute(s). There is a small supermarket in the local village and also a very friendly bar/restaurant. These are about a 20 minute walk along a quiet country lane. There are 3 towns within a 20 minute drive and these have numerous shops, bars and restaurants.

    • Nearby Attractions: The Costa Del Sol and all its beachside resorts, ie:- Malaga, Puerto Banus etc, are about an hour and a half away by car.
    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    20% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
    Owner accepts payments by: Cash
    Deposit can be paid by personal cheque. Balance due, to be paid in cash upon arrival.
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chair can be provided.
    • Check in after 1:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • Maid Service is provided every 7 days during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
