Cortona - Villa & Guest house complex
The villa and the two guest houses were built during 1800 between the enchanting green, and the sacred silence and the infinite valley. The complex is located in Cortona hill side, where the woods of the mountains fade into olive trees surrounded by pine trees and cypresses. The valley is surrounded by the Appennino’s mountains skyline, the massive cone of the mount Amiata, the peaks of mount Cetona, and the hills reflected on the silver Lake Trasimeno.
The house is laid out over two floors. The first floor opens to a very large living room, with a massive fireplace, a large kitchen with supplemental addition of dish washer and freezer and a service bathroom.
On the second floor you’ll find 3 bedrooms with double beds all furnished with important antique pieces and beds, two bathrooms of which one has a bathtub.
A table for breakfasts and dinners is there nearby the path which leads to the swimming pool.
Guest house 1 is an apartment (60 sq. mt.) made up of a graceful kitchen, living room, one bedroom with kingsize bed and bathroom with shower. This guest house offers a very comfortable and relaxing environment.
Guest House 2,once a lemon tree store house, now restored to serve the purpose of apartment, is 50 square meters in size is equipped with a practical kitchen, a big living room, a bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with shower.
