The view, to the south and west, is over the Tuscan hills and Pierle castles, and to the north is on the garden and the swimming pool.
The house lies in extensive gardens and has a large, well-kept swimming pool.
Furnished with tables and chairs, and equipped with a barbecue and oven, the garden is perfect for al fresco meals in the long summer months. Walkers and nature lovers can take advantage of the many tracks and paths that wind through the surrounding countryside, even strolling down to the Castello di Pierle - owned by the same family as the villa, and in our opinion one of Tuscany's most striking castles.
• The drive to the nearest airport is 90 minutes or 140 km to Florence airport.
The drive to the nearest Train Station is 20 minutes or 20 km to Terontola train station.
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). The drive to the nearest golf course is around 40 minutes, and it is at Perugia.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). The closest shops and restaurant are at 2 miles; 5 minutes drives in Mercatale.
• Lake Trasimeno - Italy's 4th largest - is only 20 minutes away with excellent swimming and water sports
20% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
