High on a hilltop near Cortona is our farmhouse with a marvelous panoramic views of the Niccone Valley. The unit is decorated in traditional Tuscan style. It has good lighting with simple, classic furnishings.

This unit is shaded during the day and sunny in the evening, and perfect for external dining with an excellent view.

    The house lies in extensive gardens and has a large, well-kept swimming pool . Furnished with tables and chairs, and equipped with a barbecue and oven, the garden is perfect for al fresco meals in the long summer months. Walkers and nature lovers can take advantage of the many tracks and paths that wind through the surrounding countryside, even strolling down to the Castello di Pierle - owned by the same family as the Villa, and one of Tuscany's most striking castles.

    Payment Details
    20% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chaircan be provided.
    • Check in after 4:00PM and check out before 10:00AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.

    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
