This lovely two bedroom, two bathroom penthouse suite is located on the Marina in Neuvo Mazatlan and has a wonderful view over the marina to the Pacific Ocean. The unit has a 200 square foot deck with chaise lounges and a table for 4 so you can spend time outside enjoying the fabulous sunsets. The kitchen has granite counters and is fully equipped. The complex has a beautiful pool which also has a view over the marina and a tennis court for your enjoyment. The unit has insuite laundry and is in a very convenient location with coffee shops, restaurants and transit all within close proximity.

Mazatlan has so much to offer in the way of tours, deep sea fishing (charter boats available on the doorstep), ATVing, parasailing, fine restaurants, shopping, night life, and the condo is only minutes from the beach. Close by you will also find golf and horseback riding, or you can just relax by the pool and watch the boats come and go. We welcome long-term guests so check out our rates and come stay a while.
