1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2). This is a beautiful bedroom with a large floor to ceiling window for spectacular view of the ocean. Ceiling fan. Wood stained closet.
2 Single Beds (sleeps 2). This bedroom faces the courtyard. It has a ceiling fan and wood stained closet. There are two double beds that can be moved together to be a Queen sized bed.
1 Single Bed (sleeps 1). This is a small bedroom with a single bed, private bathroom and shower. There is a fan in this room
Bathroom 1 has toilet, bathtub, shower and one basin.
Bathroom 2 has toilet, bathtub, shower and one basin.
Bathroom 3 has toilet, shower and one basin.
Bathroom 4 has toilet, shower and one basin.
The Villa is on the edge of the ocean with spectacular views of the cruise ships coming into the port. The porch is on the ocean. Master bedroom faces ocean. Second bedroom faces ocean with large full wall window for view. The third bedroom faces courtyard. Kitchen views courtyard with beautiful tropical flowers.
5 minutes from Sea World "Swim with the Dolphins". The Villa is typical Caribbean, with wonderful warm Caribbean colors. Full wall jalousie windows face the ocean and allow the ocean breezes to cool the house. The ceilings are high, giving an open spacious feeling. There are ceiling fans in every room. There is a large kitchen with a full bathroom off the kitchen. There is a dining room with large dining table and chairs and a large living room with comfortable Caribbean style furniture including a TV. This room has a direct ocean view and wonderful ocean breezes. The porch, which is on the ocean edge, has a table and many chairs. The grassy back yard is on the ocean edge with hammock and lounge chairs. There is a courtyard off the kitchen with beautiful tropical flowers and ocean view. The master bedroom is a large suite with a beautiful modern bathroom and view of the ocean. This room has AC and ceiling fan.

• Puerta Plata Airport is within a 25 minute(s) drive. Our villa is one hour and 30 minutes from the airport in Santiago
• Golf: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). There is a 9-hole golf course in the community just a few blocks walk from the Villa. There is a Robert Trent Jones championship course about a 20-minute ride from our Villa and a wonderful course, which rivals Pebble Beach Golf Course about a 1 1/2 hour drive.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Villa is on a quiet street in a gated community which has many small restaurants serving several different cuisines. There is a grocery store, taxi stand, exchange bank, 9-hole golf course and many services all within walking distances. 5-minute ride to Puerto Plata, which is a port city with wonderful restaurants and sightseeing as well as casinos and shopping. There is a Robert Trent Jones championship golf Course 20-minute ride.
• Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is coarse sand. Although you can swim from our small beach it is a 2-minute walk on the beach to the main beach area and the best swimming and snorkeling. The beach is 1 1/2 miles long with palm trees for shade. There are several small, inexpensive beach restaurants with excellent food. There are several small vendors. The beach is rarely crowded. Villa is on the beach and the backyard faces the ocean. Although you can swim from the small beach it is a 2-minute walk on the beach to the main beach area and the best swimming and snorkeling. The beach is 1 1/2 miles long with palm tress for shade. There are several small, inexpensive beach restaurants with excellent food. There are several small vendors. The beach is rarely crowded.
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 20%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 10:00 AM.
• Maid Service is provided every 3 days during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
