Close to Marriot Los Suenos Resort and fishing charter harbour. 5 minute drive to Jaco Beach. Herradura has a wonderful grocery store with all the items you would expect at home. There are some nice restaurants in Herradura. House is 1 year old and decorated with quality furnishings. Luxurious bathrooms with oversized tiled showers.

    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    1 nights rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 15 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel anytime, all payments are forfeited except your security/damage deposit.
    Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash

    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
