Kitchen cabinetry is custom made from exotic hardwoods. Teak cathedral ceiling. Open plan blends kitchen with indoor sitting area, outside veranda and dining room all with ocean-front views. There area celing fans in all rooms, including bathrooms with showers/tub. Basic supplies of milk, sugar, coffee, and bread provided initially. Daily breakfast provided in house by maid. Laundry service included free of charge upon request. Water supply is an artesian well. Tap water is potable. Miscellaneaous storage containers supplied. Paper towels provided. Kitchen towels, place mats and pot holders supplied.

Master bath has double sized shower with body sprays and sun shower fixture. Linens, bath towels and beach towels provided throughout.

• The unit is Ocean front. Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is fine sand. There is a moorage float/anchor. The dock is public. There is room for 30 boats. Playa Tambor is situated on the Bay of the Whales which is off of the Gulf of Nicoya. It is a pristine, brown sand beach which offers safe swimming.
Surfing beaches are about a one half hour drive (Santa Teresa and Malpais). Beach Equipment: Rentals Nearby.

Ultra-light tours - five minutes by bus or car. Rainforest hiking at Curu Wildlife Refuge - 20 minutes by bus or car. Canopy tours in Montezuma - 30 minutes by bus or car. Wave rider rentals - on beach.
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, payments (less 300) are refunded if re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 30 or more days prior to arrival) - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash
$500 refundable cash security/damage deposit to be paid to property manager upon arrival. Deposit refunded upon departure assuming no damage.

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 12:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• A maximum of 2 Dogs and/or Cats are allowed under 40lbs (14kg) in size but must be approved by the Owner.
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• Maid Service is provided daily during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
