Lovely 2 bdrm, 2 bath condo located only blocks from the beach. Condo is a 2nd floor unit w/all amenities incl. pool, modern kitchen w/all the necessities, nice & open living area, & front and rear porches. Home is only 20 minutes from Liberia Airport. The town has several quaint restaurants, shops, & casino all w/in walking distance. Watch the howler monkeys. One queen bed in main bdrm, 2 twins beds in second bdrm, also a futon that can sleep 1-2 more.Fully Air-conditioned. Easy day trips to many sites such as Arenal Volcano,zipline tours, hiking, spas, etc. Surfing, fishing, diving nearby.

Payments
Booking Cancellation:
If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented.
Cancellations outside of the above policy to be discussed with the owner.
Booking Deposit:
The booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 25 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance:
The payment balance is due 35 days prior to arrival.
Payment Methods:
Cash, Money Order or Cashiers Cheque, PayPal, Personal Cheque. (Available for guests booking 30 or more days prior to arrival) , Travelers Cheques

Security or Damage:
A refundable security/damage deposit of 250 is due on arrival.
