More Information

There is an attached balcony outside the unit with a wonderful view of the mountains, partial river view, and a view of the swimming pool. The counter seats 4, there is a DVD and VHS player, lots of quality pots and pans for cooking. You can book tours at the front desk with Cecelia who speaks English and Spanish. There is ice available in the lobby as well as a selection of personal items. This unit has a TV in the master bedroom and in the living room. Located in a quiet area, you can do as much or as little as you want, relax and stay around or set up tours every day or go the short taxi drive to Quepos.

Distances

The airport in Quepos is 10 minutes away, the flight from the main airport to Quepos is 30 minutes. Bus service is available from San Jose.
Golf: can be reached by driving for 90 minute(s). Golf course about 1 1/2 hours from the unit.
Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 20 minute(s). There is typical local dining 100 feet from the hotel, another local dining 10 minute walk, many more in Quepos a 10 minute drive. Shopping in Quepos, market, and fresh bread is available in town.
Beach surface is coarse sand. There is a dock. Unit has a partial river view. Beach is across the river, can be crossed by boat at high tide, other beaches 10 minutes by car. Swimming pool on property.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

All of the rent is required (21 or more days in advance) to complete the booking. A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Western Union

No smoking is allowed.
Children are allowed.
Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
Maid Service is provided every 2 days during a stay.
Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
