    The payment policy is flexible and can be worked out with the owner. A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 10%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed and children under 10 years old stay free.
    • Check in after 1:00 AM and check out before 1:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • No housekeeping is provided during a stay. If a guest leaves the unit as found, a rebate of to be determined may be provided.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
