Courtenay Vacation Home

Home was built in 2002 with huge cathedral ceilings inside. There is beach access with a large yard and private hot tub. The home has an optional suite above garage for an extra 2 people for an extra charge of $140 for low season and $165 for high season. Courtenay is only 5 mins where you have all amenities including art galleries, great restaurants, shopping and 30 mins from the beautiful Mt. Washington ski resort. In the summer, Mt Washington has amazing bike and hiking trails, horseback riding and more.

20% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel less than 45 days prior, payments are refunded if re-rented.

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
• All pets are allowed but must be approved by the Owner.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
