View

The unit looks out over the driveway and a beautiful lush green yard with large trees surrounding. Upon entering the unit and from the deck view looking across the road is the familiar Seal Bay Park full of hiking trails. Looking from the kitchen and Master bedroom windows are tall Poplar trees and more lush grass.

• The nearest airport is at Comox and is a 15 minute drive.
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 20 minute(s). The nearest golf courses are only a short distance away. There are a few to choose from Sunnydale, Crowne Isle, and a par 3 - Mulligans, all within a 10 minute drive.
• Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). The drive to Mt. Washington ski resort is approximately 45 minutes away.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 20 minute(s). The nearest shopping, dining and entertainment is a 10 minute drive away.
• This suite is located across the street from a popular nature park with trails leading to the ocean.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 50%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash - Travelers Cheques

*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 12:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
