Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 50 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. The Owner reserves the right to repossess the property at any time where damage or nuisance has been caused by the tenant or any member of the party. In such an event the Owner shall not be liable to make any refund whatsoever.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 300.00 CAD is due on arrival.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented.
