This third floor corner unit is the perfect spot for the golfer as the deck over looks the 3rd and 4th fairways at Crowne Ilse Golf Resort. All outdoor enthusiasts will enjoy the Comox Valley as there is much to do and nothing is too far away! We have plenty of suggestions waiting to fill your time as you relax and enjoy all the area has to offer. The condo is a comfortable size and is finished with hardwood in the living areas and carpet in the bedrooms. The foyer and bathrooms are slate. The counters throughout are beautiful black granite. |

Master Bedroom
1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2). The master suite is complete with a large dresser with mirror and two bedside tables with tabletop lighting. A reading nook in the corner provides a quiet spot. Leading to the ensuite, mirrored closet doors surround you. The in-floor heating under the slate tiles warm you as you step out of the spacious full body shower. The laundry area is hidden behind mirrored panels in the bathroom.
Bedroom
1 Double Lower Bunk Bed (sleeps 2) and 1 Single Upper Bunk Bed (sleeps 1). The second bedroom is complete with a dresser and bedside table. There is also a large closet.
Den
1 Double Futon Bed (sleeps 2). The den contains a small desk, armoire and futon.
Bathroom 1 has bathtub, shower and one basin.

Bathroom 2 is an en suite and has shower and one basin.
This unit overlooks the 3rd and 4th fairways at Crowne Isle Golf Resort. Ducks and frogs live in the water hazards. The ocean is off in the distance.

Payment Details
25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 10 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel less than 7 days prior, there is no refund unless the unit is re-rented.
