There is a view to the mainland from the window at the top of the house.

• Golf: can be reached by walking for 20 minute(s). There is a golf course within a 10 minute drive.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). The house is very close to the town centre and marina.
• Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is small pebbles. There is a dock and moorage float/anchor. The beach is a short distance and easy to drive to.
25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel 30 or more days prior, payments (less 1 nights rent) are refunded.
