Payments and Policies
Payment Details
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 150) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - American Express - PayPal - Direct Bank Deposit
Per Person Rate is based on double occupancy in each bedroom. Please contact owner for single occupancy rates.

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 2:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM.
• Maid Service is provided daily during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
