Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). For guests 25 years of age or younger a credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. You will receive a 100% credit on a future booking if you cancel 30 or more days prior.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 30 or more days prior to arrival) - Visa - Master Card - American Express - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Western Union

Policies

• Smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 2:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Maid Service is provided every 3 days during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $ 25.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
