    Swimming pool is seawater. This condo unit located on the fourth floor overlooks the Caribbean Sea. This home is elegantly decorated using the theme of all the colors of Cozumel and its fish. The living room is brightly decorated with the colors of the reefs of Cozumel. There are big, comfortable, overstuffed couches for relaxing and Tahitian rattan furniture to complement the dining room and living area. Artwork decorating the house includes an abstract underwater scene and Mexican stone carvings of fish.

    Payment Details
    The rent, required to complete the booking, is 50% (balance due 90 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security deposit only - not for payment of normal services. If you cancel, all payments are non-refundable.

    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed and children under the age of 1 years old stay free.
    • Check in after 1:00PM and check out before 10:00AM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00PM and 8:00AM.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. Housekeeping is provided every 3 days during a stay.
