    The unit is close to downtown, three blocks from the plaza, four blocks from the beach, two blocks from Carlos ´n Charlies, two blocks from either movie theater, two blocks from the main taxi headquarters, and there are several churches within three to five blocks. Pool is shared with a B&B that is also on site.

    The rent, required to complete the booking, is 50% (balance due 90 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security deposit only - not for payment of normal services. If you cancel, all payments are non-refundable.

    • Check in after 1:00PM and check out before 10:00AM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00PM and 8:00AM.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. Housekeeping is provided every 3 days during a stay.
