Huge rooftop patio with jacuzzi. Domed ceiling in master bedroom. Grotto staircase. Ocean View. The home is full of large windows and sliding glass doors, a beautiful rooftop terrace, and a balcony to capture the sunlight and ocean breezes that are always available. The furniture is handmade, and the doors and cabinetry are custom-built. Decorator fabrics, tiles, and paint create an authentic Mexican theme in the warm colors of the sunset. Our unit boasts colorful artwork that was selected from all over Mexico to make you feel like a native.

• Golf: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). Take a cab or rental to the new Cozumel Golf and Country Club.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Our unit is across the street from the islands largest grocery store and new minimall complete with arcade and movie theater. Fabulous resturants are 2 - 3 blocks away. Taxi cabs are 1/2 block away.
• Just steps from the Caribbean. Beach, snorkeling and pool are one block away at the Plaza Las Glorias

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel 30 or more days prior, payments (less 100) are refunded.

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 11:00 AM and check out before 4:00 PM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. Housekeeping is provided every 4 days during a stay.
