This villa is easy to get to and from the beaches as well as the plaza. Fine dinning, street vendors or cafe they are all close. We are on a main street so taxi's are everywhere for your convenience of travel. For those of you that need to stay connected phone banks and Internet cafe are both just down the street. With full kitchen you can prepare your own breakfast or lunch if you wish and the grocery store is within 10 block. This villa is close to all the action you would want. Have fun, dive often and fish the deep!

    House manager will meet you at the airport and bring you to the house. This unit is a single-family home located in a residential area of Cozumel. The unit has everything you would have in your own home. You could literally stay here and bring nothing but a carry-on for the week. You may want to bring your favorite pillow! Swim trunks, sandals, sunscreen and toiletry items - thats it - you’re packed.

    • Golf: can be reached by driving for 10 minute(s). There are 3 golf course(s) nearby. Jack Nicklaus golf cource is a short distance away.
    • Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Shopping and dining are everywhere here, many within a ten minute walk. You name the cuisine it's here.
    • Beach is located within a 20 minute(s) walk. You can walk to the ocean but a short cab ride will bring you to a fantastic beach area. Remember this is an island and there are beaches everywhere. Most with cool white sand just great for walking along the water.
    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance on arrival - cash or traveler's check). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • Smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 11:00 AM and check out before 4:00 PM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • Maid Service is provided every 2 days during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
