The furnished living area is separated from the kitchen by an island with four stools to facilitate conversation or relaxation any time of day. Plenty of bottled water.
1 Queen Bed. Large sleeping quarters with large veranda to view sunsets or the stars. Private bath.
1 Double Bed. Has nice access to party veranda to sit and talk or party hardy.
2 Single/Twin Beds. Access to the party veranda.
Bathroom 1 has toilet, shower and one basin.
Bathroom 2 has toilet, shower and two basins.
There is a walled yard for privacy. View the sunrise from the terrace.
House manager will meet you at the airport and bring you to the house. This unit is a single-family home located in a residential area of Cozumel. The unit has everything you would have in your own home. You could literally stay here and bring nothing but a carry-on for the week. You may want to bring your favorite pillow! Swim trunks, sandals, sunscreen and toiletry items - thats it - you’re packed.
• Cozumel Airport is within a 4 minute(s) drive. Cozumel international airport just minutes away from the house.
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 10 minute(s). There are 3 golf course(s) nearby. Jack Nicklaus golf cource is a short distance away.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Shopping and dining are everywhere here, many within a ten minute walk. You name the cuisine it's here.
• Beach is located within a 20 minute(s) walk. You can walk to the ocean but a short cab ride will bring you to a fantastic beach area. Remember this is an island and there are beaches everywhere. Most with cool white sand just great for walking along the water.
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance on arrival - cash or traveler's check). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit

• Smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 11:00 AM and check out before 4:00 PM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Maid Service is provided every 2 days during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
