All of the rent is required (immediately) to complete the booking. There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel less than 45 days prior, there is no refund.

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed but this unit is not suitable for children under the age of 18.
• Check in after 11:00 AM and check out before 4:00 PM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. Housekeeping is provided every 3 days during a stay.
