Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit (amount to be discussed with the owner) is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 100) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

Policies

Smoking is allowed.
Children are allowed and children under 12 years old stay free.
Check in after 12:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
Dogs are allowed but must be approved by the Owner.
There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
No Maid Service is provided during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 25.00.
Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
