The spacious kitchen is state-of-the-art. Rich maple cabinetry, granite counter tops and stainless appliances all blend for a truly magnificent work place. It is fully equipped with a side by side refrigerator/freezer, 4 burner range top, and programmable air pot style coffee maker. Also in the cabinets are several sizes of soft sided coolers, cozies and ice packs to keep your favorite adult beverage cold while at the pool or sightseeing. Waiting in the freezer you will find frosty glass mugs begging to keep your Dos Equis ice cold. Cozumel's water is purified and safe to drink. Our refrigerator houses a unique, electric pump operated bottled water dispenser that provides purified water and ice. We provide this bottled water as part of the rental. There is a breakfast bar to have your morning coffee and watch the sunrise above the jungle to the east!

Master Bedroom

1 King Bed (sleeps 2). All three bedrooms are oceanfront or oceanview. Each bedroom is decorated with themed original art work from local artists. Master bedrooms #1 and #2 are direct oceanfront and each have satellite television, and DVD players. These two bedrooms have private baths complete with granite counter tops, full width mirrors, large tile soaking tubs, and large walk in closets with safes. Master bedroom #1 has direct access to the west facing oceanfront balcony via a sliding glass door.

This bedroom has a private tile shower complete with granite counter tops, full width mirrors, and large walk in closet. Master bedroom #3 has ocean and jungle view windows. We also have a roll-away cot for a child or teenager.

Bathroom 1 is an en suite and has toilet, bathtub, shower, hair dryer and one basin.

View

Nah Ha is Mayan for "House on the Water". We are so close to the ocean, a more appropriate description might be "House in the Water." Our large balcony provides ample space for lounging and watching the spectacular sunsets. If you are an early riser, the early morning sun greets you as you sip your coffee at our granite kitchen bar counter.

• Cozumel (CZM) Airport is within a 5 minute(s) drive. We are 3 turns and about 1.5 street miles from the airport. Access to the unit is via rental car, cab or airport shuttle.
• Transit: can be reached by walking less than 1 minute away. Type of transit is Shuttle. Cabs are available on the street. Wait time averages 1-3 minutes on a slow day. Cab rides into town are $4.
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 3 minute(s). There are 1 golf course(s) nearby.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 3 minute(s). We are about 1 mile from the north edge of town shopping and eating.
• The unit is Ocean front. Beach gradient is steep, drops off immediately. Beach surface is rocky. Right off the pool's edge, you will see stingrays, lobsters, an assortment of eels and numerous fish. Evening snorkel trips are very good for wildlife viewing. A spacious, secure & ventilated ground floor storage unit is provided to store all your wet dive gear. There's no need to schlep your wet gear upstairs! We also provide 2 sets of snorkel gear for your use.
• Nearby Attractions: For the experienced diver, I recommend Aldora Divers. Six pack boats with high pressure steel tanks. The DM's are great and allow you a reasonable amount of freedom to do your "own dive" without being herded around like a bunch of sheep. I have never had less than 60-75 minute bottom time dives. The surface interval is at a palapa beach and the lunches are great. No trip to Cozumel would be complete without driving around the island and doing a bit of palapa hopping and visiting the numerous beaches and beach bars. In the condo, you will find a list of beaches we recommend as well as island maps to assist you in navigating your way around. Want to stake out your own private beach area? No problem. We provide you with coolers and cozies to make the trip more enjoyable. A Jack Nicholas golf course is minutes away.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. You will receive a 100% credit on a future booking if you cancel 30 or more days prior.

Rates listed are for 2 people. Each additional person is $25/person up to a total of 7 occupants. Rates for Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years are for 7 people.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• No children are allowed under 12 years old.
• Check in after 2:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• Maid Service is provided every 2 days during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
