Two storey units in residential area.
4 unit apartment building in Corpus Christi, located back two blocks from the waterfront. The units are all identical, and are located on two levels each, with the bathroom & bedroom occupying the top floor, and the kitchen & living room on the bottom floor. There is sleeping room for 4 in each unit (Queen or Double size bed in the bedroom, and 2 single mattresses on the bottom floor in the living room) all have A/C units in them, and are all in twin buildings with a common walk between them.
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 100 is required. If you cancel 30 or more days prior, payments (less 25%) are refunded.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Western Union - Travelers Cheques
*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
- No smoking is allowed.
- Children are allowed but this unit is not suitable for persons under the age of 4.
- Check in after 2:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
- No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
- Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
- Maid Service is provided every 4 days during a stay.
- Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
