The villa is a 4 unit apartment building in Corpus Christi, located back two blocks from the waterfront. The units are all identical, and are located on two levels each, with the bathroom and bedroom occupying the top floor, and the kitchen & living room on the bottom floor. There is sleeping room for 4 in each unit (Queen size bed in the bedroom, and 2 single mattresses on the bottom floor in the living room) all have A/C units in them, and are all in twin buildings with a common walk between them.
• CZM - Cozumel Airport is within a 10 minute(s) drive. Direct flights are available to Cozumel, or alternatively you can fly to Cancun, travel down the coast to Playa del Carmen, and take the ferry across to Cozumel (2 hours total travel by taxi and ferry).
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 10 minute(s). There are 1 golf course(s) nearby.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Shopping, restaurants, bars and nightclubs are all just a short walk away, or a taxi will take you almost anywhere within the downtown area for $5 US.
• Ocean is located within a 5 minute(s) walk. Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is fine sand.
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 100 is required. If you cancel 30 or more days prior, payments (less 25%) are refunded.

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed but this unit is not suitable for persons under the age of 4.
• Check in after 2:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• Maid Service is provided every 4 days during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
