We are located on the Northern California Coast 20 miles south of the Oregon Border. We are 2 blocks from the Pacific Ocean, 8 blocks from the center of town, 12 blocks from Safeway shopping center, 10 blocks from the new Home Depot,
and 5 miles form Redwoods National Forest and Jedidiah Smith State Park.

We are 5 miles from the last truly wild River in the US "The Smith River", 20 miles south of the Chetco River, and 20 miles North of the Klamath River with some of the best Steelhead and Salmon Fishing in the world.

We have 3 nice golf courses within 20 miles.

We have recently added a 150 sq foot Deck at floor level accessed by a French door off the kitchen. The deck has 3 park type bench seats which convert to park like table/seat combo. There is a staircase leading to the backyard which has a gas BBQ and a commercial stainless steel triple sink and food preparation area. Adequate lawn furniture for 6 is also provided.
