    • Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). Two ski resorts approx. 1 hour away. Most people ski at either Monarch or Wolf Creek Pass which are each about 65mi away. Sol Vista Basin is 200mi, about 4 hrs, away.
    • Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 20 minute(s). Crestone has a population of 1100 people. Some dining and shopping options. Alamosa has many dining and shopping options.

    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 15 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 250 is required. You will receive a 100% credit on a future booking if you cancel 30 or more days prior.
    Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash - Email Money Transfer - Western Union - Travelers Cheques
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 3:00PM and check out before 11:00AM.
    • Dogs are allowed but must be approved by the Owner. A deposit/fee of 100.00/pet will apply.
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
