Nice apartment 5 minutes from the sea
These nice and comfortably furnished apartments are located in a family house in a quiet neighbourhood, about ten minutes walk from the Hvar's famous central square. The apartments are surrounded by green and from their terraces and balconies it's possible to enjoy a breathtaking view of the sea and of Pakleni islands. In less than five minutes you can reach the main beach, from where you can reach other beaches on Pakleni Isalnds by taxi boats. Apartment is located close to the biggest hotel complex in town, that offers a variety of activities for its guests as well as to the other visitors.

The ferry is about a 5 minute walk from the property.

Restaurants and bar on the beaches are just 5 minutes walking from the apt.
Waterfront and/or Beach
Property is near a pond. A fine sand beach, gradual for a short distance is a 5 minute walk from the property. There is access to a canoe, sailboat, windsurfer and rentals nearby.
Payments
Booking Cancellation:
Cancellation anytime all payments are forfeited (i.e. there is no refund).
Cancellations outside of the above policy to be discussed with the owner.
Booking Deposit:
The booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 50 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance:
The payment balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
5% fee charged when using PayPal
