Brand NEW Beautiful Beach Front 3 bdrm 2 bath condo furnished condo on the 10th floor in the Crowne Plaza Hotel. This unit boasts spectacular ocean views right on the beach in Neuvo Mazatlan near the Marina.
The unit is on the tenth floor of a full service hotel, so cook for yourself in the kitchen with granite counters and stainless appliances or enjoy the two restaurants or room service.
The hotel has a spa, bar and infinity pool on the beach. The location is fabulous for a leisurely vacation on the beach with easy access to the tourist area.
We rent weekly, monthly, and quarterly. The Crowne Plaza is one of the nicest condo/hotels in Mazatlan and our is one of the best.
If you like to fish, fish from the beach its one of the best spots around. Beach walks for 5 miles north and about a mile south. One of Mazatlans newest and nicest restaurants "Nautica" is a 3 minute walk, and for cheap eats head north on the beach to El Rancho about 3 minutes away for quesadillas and your favorite beverage in the upstairs open air palapa.
I can't say enough about the place because we love it there, the staff is great and one of the coolest things is to call room service and order nachos and drinks and sit on the deck and watch the sunset. It really doesn't get any better than this.
