View off the back deck is a park-like setting surrounded by tall Douglas fir trees, maples, and a few alders. Occassionally, the communities' visiting elk herd camp in the yard and munch alfalfa, left by the owner.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 25) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Master Card - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash - Travelers Cheques

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed and children under 18 years old stay free.
• Check in after 12:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• Dogs and Cats are allowed. A fee of 15.00 will apply.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
