Master Bedroom

1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2). Individually designed in a contemporary style the en-suite bedroom is fully equipped with all the facilities expected by the modern traveler including; room controlled central air, high speed internet access, Bose AM-FM clock radio with CD players and iPod connection (a selection of CDs are placed in the room for your enjoyment), direct dial phones with voice mail and security safe.

Master Bedroom

1 King or 2 Singles Bed (sleeps 2). This second master bedroom is light and spacious with the amenities of a luxury hotel including plush Euro-Top 'Marriott Beds' with 250-count bed linens and a small terrace. Views from your bed on this 8th floor apartment across St. Maarten are spectacular. There is a 32 inch TV in this bedroom.

Bathroom 1 is an en suite and has toilet, bathtub w/ jets, shower, hair dryer and two basins.
Bathroom 2 is an en suite and has toilet, bathtub w/ jets, shower, hair dryer and two basins.

There are spectacular views over the Caribbean Sea, Mullet Bay golf course and beach and to the mountains beyond. At night you see the island lit up with twinkling lights in the distance, adding a certain romance to the view.

Princess Juliana (SXM) Airport is within a 10 minute(s) drive. Princess Juliana Int'l (SXM) is the second busiest in the Caribbean and well serviced by most major US airlines including American, United, Delta, Continental, US Air, jetBlue and Spirit. Air France has daily direct flights from Paris (CDG) with excellent connection to most European cities. KLM flies in from Amsterdam (returns via Bonaire or Aruba). Corsair and Air Caribes fly from Paris Orly. Air Canada and several Canadian charter flights fly in from Toronto.
Golf: can be reached by walking for 10 minute(s). There are 1 golf course(s) nearby.
Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 2 minute(s). St Maarten is known for its duty and tax free shopping in Philipsburg (25-min away) and Marigot (15-min drive). There are also many excellent restaurants all over the island with some of St Maarten's finest right across the road including Temptation (nouveau Caribbean), Le Montmartre (Parisian brasserie), La Gondola (Italian) and Rare (steak), as well as the Atlantis Casino. Maho is a 5-min drive and here you will find a promenade of boutiques, restaurants like la Rosa Too (Italian), Terra (American fine dining) and island night life in Casino Royale, Soprano's, Q Club and Bliss.
The unit is Ocean front. Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is fine sand. The Cliff is directly on Cupecoy Beach which is rated one of St Maarten's finest beaches with its 20 feet high majestic golden sandstone cliff which serves as your backdrop. The infamous Cliffhanger Beach Bar half way down the stairs between The Cliff and beach (decisions, decisions!), serving drinks and food throughout the day. Mullet Bay Beach is a short walk and is a family friendly beach and one of the best beaches on St. Maarten for swimming with white sand lined with lush majestic palms and bordered by the the 15th fairway.
Nearby Attractions: Cupecoy is in the Lowlands, just past Mullet Bay and just before the French/Dutch border (there is no border post, just a sign). The Lowlands are perfectly placed for a short 10-min drive to Marigot and the airport and about a 25-min drive from Philipsburg. As well as the casino and restaurants opposite, there is also a mini-market for the papers, sun tan lotion, sarongs, sandals and T-shirts. At the Maho Plaza (5 mins away by car) there is a good supermarket, chemist and a range of other shops, restaurants, bars and night entertainment.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel less than 60 days prior, payments (less 50%) are refunded if re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: PayPal - Direct Bank Deposit
$200 security/damage deposit to be paid through PayPal and $208 is refunded the same way to cover PayPal charges (you get $200 clear back).

Policies

No smoking is allowed.
Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chair can be provided.
Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
Maid Service is provided daily during a stay.
Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
