Master Bedroom
1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2). Individually designed in a contemporary style the en-suite bedroom is fully equipped with all the facilities expected by the modern traveler including; room controlled central air, high speed internet access, Bose AM-FM clock radio with CD players and iPod connection (a selection of CDs are placed in the room for your enjoyment), direct dial phones with voice mail and security safe.
Master Bedroom
1 King or 2 Singles Bed (sleeps 2). This second master bedroom is light and spacious with the amenities of a luxury hotel including plush Euro-Top 'Marriott Beds' with 250-count bed linens and a small terrace. Views from your bed on this 8th floor apartment across St. Maarten are spectacular. There is a 32 inch TV in this bedroom.
Bathroom 1 is an en suite and has toilet, bathtub w/ jets, shower, hair dryer and two basins.

Bathroom 2 is an en suite and has toilet, bathtub w/ jets, shower, hair dryer and two basins. Bathroom 3 has toilet and one basin.
There are spectacular views over the Caribbean Sea, Mullet Bay golf course and beach and to the mountains beyond. At night you see the island lit up with twinkling lights in the distance, adding a certain romance to the view.

Payments and Policies
Payment Details
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel less than 60 days prior, payments (less 50%) are refunded if re-rented.
Policies
Owner accepts payments by: PayPal - Direct Bank Deposit $200 security/damage deposit to be paid through PayPal and $208 is refunded the same way to cover PayPal charges (you get $200 clear back). *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
