With a panoramic 270 degree view from the western side of the island, you can view the nightlights of Marigot, the Dutch and French oceans and the departing cruise ships. The penthouse is 5 minutes from the airport. It is steps away from Ocean Club’s Beach and a minute away from Cupecoy Beach. The French side is a mile away and it is a short distance further to Marigot. A small market, casino, restaurants and Mullet Bay are within walking distance. It is a quick trip to Marigot for dinner or to the nightlife of Maho.

Distances
• Princess Julianna Airport is within a 5 minute(s) drive.
• Transit: can be reached by walking for 1 minute(s). Type of transit is Bus. Local buses circle the Island constantly. You just walk outside the resort and wait for a bus to come--usually a 2-3 minute wait.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). We are a few blocks away from American University Medical School so there are many restaurants, a casino, grocery store, java hut, etc within 5 minutes walking distance.
• Ocean is located within a 2 minute(s) walk. Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is coarse sand. I have beach chairs in the closet on the main balcony that you are welcome to use. Most of the public beaches allow you to rent a lounge chair and umbrella.
• Nearby Attractions: There is a butterfly farm on the opposite side of the island (about a 20 minute drive). There are other historical sites and places to hike. Most of the island attractions are its beaches, casinos and restaurants.
Payments and Policies
Payment Details
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel 15 or more days prior to arrival, payments (less 50%) are refunded.
Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - American Express
Payments by credit card are paid directly to Ocean Club Resort.
*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Maid Service is provided every 4 days during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $75.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
