1 Double Bed (sleeps 2) and 1 Single/Twin Cot (sleeps 1). Double bed in 200 year old stone walled bedroom with oak beams. Very beautiful. Patio door (net curtains provided) onto patio area. TV with terrestrial antenna for local Cypriot channels (some films in English - see Sunday newspapers for guides).
2 Single/Twin Beds (sleeps 2). Beds can be pushed together if you wish. Feature has been made of 200 year old stone work.
1 Double Hide-A-Bed/Sofa bed. Large sofa bed for two persons, or possibly three children if they wish!
Bathroom 1 has toilet, bathtub, shower, one basin and bidet.
Bathroom 2 has toilet and one basin.
Across other stone cottages towards hills in background.
Also iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner, freezer, free-standing electric radiators, and aircon style wall fan heaters/coolers.
• Airport probably around 40 miles.
• Golf: can be reached by walking for 20 minute(s). Golf course is under 1km. Property is managed by Golf Club owner, Vikla Golf Club.
• Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by walk and transit in 30 minute(s). Ski resorts are 50 mins-1hr drive (estimation).
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 20 minute(s). Shopping is around a 20 mins drive.
• Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is small pebbles. Seashore is a 20 minute drive. Beaches are a 20 minute drive. Some are sandy, some pebbles. Many watersports popular in Limassol.
25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 100 is required. If you cancel anytime, all payments are forfeited.
