Bathroom 1 has toilet, bathtub, shower, hair dryer and one basin.
The apartment looks onto the swimming pool.
20 meter pool and children's play area.
• The airport is a 15 minute drive away.
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). The nearest golf course is approximately a 45 minute drive.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). There is a small shop 5 minutes walk away that is open from 6AM until midnight and has a small diner next door.
• Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is sand and rocks. There is a dock and moorage float/anchor. The Beach is a 15 minute walk from the apartment.
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit (amount to be discussed with the owner) is required. If you cancel less than 45 days prior, payments (less 50) are refunded if re-rented.

• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
