CANCELLATION POLICY:
We cannot be responsible for bad weather, illness, changes in travel plans or travel delays. In the case that confirmed booking had been made and our clients fail to inform us about their decision to cancel their stay in our apartments prior to seven days before their arrival, we unfortunately have to demand partial compensation. Please ask for details on maximum penalties. Please be aware that we generally only ask for mild compensation, the only case we are strict in is no show. The cancellation fee will be debited automatically from credit card. The cancellation must be announced before 4 p.m. otherwise the reservation is handled as cancelled the next day.
In absolute necessity, we reserve the right to change the apartment for an equivalent or better unit.

• Smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib can be provided with a deposit/fee of: delivery fee 20 EUR.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• A maximum of 2 Dogs and/or Cats are allowed.
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM.
• Maid Service is provided every 7 days during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 15 EUR.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
