1 Queen Bed. Large bedroom with front full length window overlooking front garden and second window with views over rear garden and adjoining fields. Antique bedside tables, dressing table, and clothes storage area. Sitting area with low table and cane settee. Electric storage heater.

The property is a two hundred year old restored farmhouse located in a quiet working valley on the outskirts of Campagnac-les Quercy. The living area is on the ground floor and comprises of a dining room with adjoining kitchen, a sitting room, and a bathroom. The sitting room has two sofas and additional seating. The wood burning fireplace in the living room also provides heating to the upper part of the house. Access to the first floor is via a staircase in the living room. The bedrooms are on the first floor. There are verandahs and patios adjoining the house with outside furniture and a barbeque. The garden is mature with fruit and walnut trees.
• The nearest airport is Bergerac (1.5Hrs). Other nearby airports: Bordeaux(2hrs), Toulose(3hrs), Carcassone(3hrs).
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). The nearest golf course is a 25 minute drive from the house
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). The nearest shop is in St Pompom. In Cazals, Daglan, Gourdon, Domme, and Sarlat where driving access vary from 10 mins to 25 mins there is a multitude of shops, bars, markets and restaurants.
• There are numerous lakes in the area suitable for swimming and fishing. There are numerous rivers and beaches on the nearby Dordogne and Vezere rivers.
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required.
