Guests are responsible for any loss of their personal property. Guests are liable for all breakages or damages. It is acknowledged that the property is in a wilderness area and that guests should at all times exercise caution. Guests hereby indemnify Eden Escape against all actions, claims, demands, losses, damages, costs and expenses which the Guest or their invitee may sustain or incur or for which Eden Escape may become liable as a result of the Guest staying on the property.

The cottage is located directly in the Daintree Rainforest so views are of the rainforest itself. There are glimpses of the ocean through the rainforest canopy over which sunrise occurs for a spectacular start to the morning.

• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 5 minute(s). Close to local restaurants and pub, fuel, groceries and internet access.
• Beach is located within a 10 minute(s) drive.
• Nearby Attractions: Daintree and Cape Tribulation Rainforest and Attractions are easily accessible from the cottage. Some are even within walking distance or a short bike ride including: Daintree Discovery Centre, Daintree Ice Cream Company, Fan Palm Boardwalk, Daintree Entomological Museum, Sea kayaking tours, Cape Trib Horse Riding, Jungle Surfing Canopy Tours, Guided night or day rainforest walks, 4 Wheel Drive tours, Crocodile cruises, Bird watching tours, Cape Trib Exotic Fruit Farm, Daintree Natural Therapies and Spa, Yoga and meditation, Fishing Charters, Outer Reef Cruises - Snorkeling and Scuba Diving.
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. You will receive a 100% credit on a future booking if you cancel 30 or more days prior. Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Master Card - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Travelers Cheques Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to date of arrival will attract a 50% cancellation fee on the deposit or 100% credit on a future booking. All cancellations less than 30 days prior to date of arrival (including failure to submit the balance due) will forfeit the deposit. Furthermore, a 50% cancellation fee applies to the balance paid unless the property can be rebooked for the entire reservation period.
For all cancellations if the property is rebooked for the entire reservation period a full refund less $100 for administration fees will apply. If the property is rebooked for only a portion of the original booking then a pro rata

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed but this unit is not suitable for persons under the age of 5.
• Check in after 2:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Maid Service is provided every 4 days during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
