Bookings of 6 days or less will incur a cleaning charge of $100.

1 King Bed (sleeps 2). The downstairs king size master bedroom has an en suite and overlooks the pool and spa area. The room has a walk in wardrobe, combination TV and DVD, a ceiling fan and a security safe .

1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2). The queen master bedroom has an en suite and is one of the 4 bedrooms located upstairs. It also has a walk in closet and combination TV and DVD player.

The villa is located at the bottom of a peaceful cul-de-sac. Views in the front include a delightful garden. The rear aspect is a private screened pool area that is not directly overlooked.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

All of the rent is required (90 or more days in advance) to complete the booking. A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel less than 90 days prior, there is no refund unless the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 21 or more days prior to arrival) - Visa - Master Card - American Express - PayPal - Direct Bank Deposit
Bookings are held for 3 days until receipt of $305 per week booked is received. Providing that we, the owners, receive written notice of cancellation not less than 10 weeks prior to the actual booking date, the signatory will not be liable to pay the full balance. It is the responsibility of the signatory to ensure the signed cancellation letter reaches us. Email cancellations are not acceptable, and the reservation deposit will be forfeited. If the cancellation is received after 10 weeks prior to the start of the holiday, the signatory is liable to pay the balance of the final invoice. If we are successful in re-letting the property for all or part of the reservation period, the full balance or part of the final invoice will be refunded. Security deposits are fully refundable following an inspection.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chair can be provided.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
• Optional pool heat is available for 30 per day. For stays longer than 7 nights pool heat is charged using daily rate.
