**A $10 daily Resort Fee is required. Fee is paid directly to the resort and cannot be collected by the owner. This will be an additional fee above the quoted rates.**

25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Visa - PayPal - Direct Bank Deposit - Western Union
Security Deposit Payable on Check-in.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib can be provided.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $35.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
