Step out from the family room and on to the sun-kissed pool deck, relax on the deck loungers, or jump in to the sparkling clear waters of the pool (optionally heated). When you want to relax, there's nothing better than to sit under the sun and listen to the water feature cascade in to the main pool. For added safety, there is a pool safety fence provided, and all doors leading to the pool area have alarms and additional safety lock devices. If the weather outside turns, or if you want some family fun in the evening...be sure to check out the games room. Complete with an 8-foot pool table, Foosball table and electronic dart board, it is sure to be a favorite with everyone! There is a fully equipped laundry room with washer, dryer and ironing facilities.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

20% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less a variable percentage depending on the timing) are refunded.
Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - American Express - PayPal - Direct Bank Deposit
Charges for cancellations: Time before the booking date - Amount to charge: 8 Weeks - Deposit + 20%, 6 Weeks - Deposit + 40%, 4 Weeks - Deposit + 60%, 2 Weeks - Deposit + 80%, 1 Week - Deposit + 100%, Booking deposits are always non-refundable.

Policies

No smoking is allowed.
Children are allowed.
Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 9:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $115.00.
Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
Optional pool heat is available for $25.00 per day and/or $175.00 per week. A minimum of 4 days of heat is required. For stays longer than 7 nights pool heat is charged using daily rate.
