The heart of the Villa is the kitchen with all the essential items for those wishing to cook inside or to precook and use the outside bar-b-q to finish off. You can choose to either eat outside on the deck al-fresco style or indoors at kitchen table, the choice is yours to make. You may even decide to make an occasion of your meal and eat in our formal dining area. In the kitchen we have access to broadband internet for those wishing to keep in touch with the outside world. There is a LAN connection point and we also have WIFI capabilities, all you need to do is take your laptop with you. Our kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials you may need, with one or two extras you may not be expecting. We also have a dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, waste disposal unit, washing machine and tumble dryer for your convenience.

Bed Summary

Master Bedroom

1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2). This spacious Master Bedroom is fully air conditioned with an additional hi sweep ceiling fan. It has a walk in wardrobe, plenty of draw space and an en suite bathroom. Cable television and video unit.

1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2). The second bedroom has a walk in wardrobe and lots of draw space. There is a full size crib, security safe for you valuables and cable TV.

2 Single Beds (sleeps 2). This bedroom consists of 2 single beds, a walk in wardrobe and lots of drawn space.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

10% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, payments (less 300) are refunded if re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 14 or more days prior to arrival) - PayPal - Direct Bank Deposit
If using PayPal then an extra 4.5% will need to be added to the balance due. When your security deposit is refunded it will be returned via PayPal.

Policies

Smoking is allowed.
Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chair can be provided.
Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
Optional pool heat is available for 15.00 per day. For stays longer than 7 nights pool heat is charged using daily rate.
