Payment Details

20% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund.
Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - American Express - Discover Card - Cash
Booking: 20% or $250 ( whichever is higher ) due upon booking. Balance due 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellation: 30 to 15 days prior to arrival: $250 fee. Within 14 days of arrival: no refund.

Policies

No smoking is allowed.
Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chair can be provided.
Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
