Only 10 minutes to Disney. 3 Bedroom 2 Bathroom Executive Family home. Private Pool, Games Room with Pool Table, Air Hockey Table, Table Tennis Table, Electronic Dart Board. There is also a Playstation 2 and Basketball Standard.
The rear is not overlooked because there is a 60' garden and a small lake/large pond at the end of the garden. The villa is 20 minutes to Universal Studios and 40 minutes to Orlando International Airport. New Graco Travel crib and High chair are available free of use. Pool door alarms are attached to doors to the pool for children's safety. Restaurants are nearby.

Many books for reading. Comfortable sofas, reading lamps, coffee table. Large dining area with formal dining table and comfortable chairs with seating for 6. Full air conditioning. PLUS ceiling fans to all bedrooms, living areas and the lanai. 28' x 14' gas heatable pool with underwater lighting, within screen enclosure (bug screen). Outdoor dining area with ceiling fan (lanai), table and cushioned chairs. Sun loungers on the pool deck. The unit is managed by a local management company. Cleans not available on Christmas day or Easter Sunday.

Payments and Policies
Payment Details
25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 70 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 400 is required. If you cancel less than 90 days prior, there is no refund.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit
*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chair can be provided.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
• Optional pool heat is available for 30 per day. For stays longer than 7 nights pool heat is charged using daily rate.
