The main part of the centre is the Publix Supermarket. The excellent Champion’s Gate Golf Course is also in this area (and is clearly sign posted from the Commercial centre).

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

20% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 400 is required. If you cancel less than 60 days prior, there is no refund unless the unit is re-rented.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A High Chair can be provided.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
• Pool heat is included in rates.
