Pets are welcome in this home on the understanding that the pet has been treated for fleas and has been inoculated. We also require that all efforts are taken to maintain the high standards of this home and all waste is disposed of. Pets must be on a lead whilst on the golf course There is a fee of $50 to bring your pet.

Distances

• Orlando MCO International Airport is within a 45 minute(s) drive. The airport is 30-45 minutes from the villa via easy road links. Full instructions will be supplied and includes a map.
• Golf: The unit is located on Highlands Reserve Golf Coursee.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 3 minute(s). There is a small town center on the next block to the villa with a large supermarket, postal services, take-aways, bars and restaurants. There is a good choice of restaurants and other amenities within a short drive. There is also a snack bar at the Golf Club on site.
• Nearby Attractions: This is an area famous for it's attractions, so you have Disney (15mins), Universal (20 mins), and SeaWorld with Aquatica, (20mins). Kennedy Space Center, Busch Gardens, beaches on the West and the East Coast are all within an hour's drive. Theaters, Museums and Nightlife are also scattered within a 30 minutes drive so you are spoiled for choice! We can also help you arrange a swim with dolphins, swim with manatees, day trips to Miami, trips to the Everglades, Deep Sea Fishing, hot air balloon rides, cruises on the local lakes, and let's not forget the amazing shopping... We are situated on the prestigious Highlands Reserve Golf and Country Club, an 18 hole golf course designed by Mike Dasher and opened in 1998, Highlands Reserve is now Orlando's most requested golf course for customers of specialist golf travel agencies. It was nominated as one of America's Top 50 Courses and has been awarded 3.5 Stars by Golf Digest's "Places to Play" guide. It has a decidedly Scottish feel and is unusual for Florida courses in that it has great natural sand traps (being built on a natural sand deposit) and excellent views as the course with the highest elevation in the area. In addition, we are in an excellent position with over one dozen other golf courses in a 10 mile radius of the villa. In other words, a perfect destination for anyone with golf on their minds as the perfect vacation. There is a community swimming pool, tennis and baseball courts and a children's play area in the community.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

20% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 250 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 100) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 14 or more days prior to arrival) - PayPal
If a hurricane or severe weather conditions in the area of the rental prevent you using the rental property or a suitable alternative, we will issue a credit for you to take a vacation in the property on an alternative date to be agreed by the management.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib, High Chair and a Play Pen can be provided with a deposit/fee of: Free.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
• A maximum of 2 Dogs and/or Cats are allowed under 40lbs (14kg) in size but must be approved by the Owner. A deposit of $0 will apply. A fee of $50 will apply.
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of TBA. If a guest leaves the unit as found, a rebate of Security Deposit is returned may be provided.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
• Optional pool heat is available for $25 per day and/or $125 per week. For stays longer than 7 nights pool heat is prorated using weekly rate.
