Our villa is a 4 bedroom executive style home situated on the prestigious Highlands Reserve Golf Course development just off US Highway 27. It is just 20 minutes from the main gate of Disney and very close to all the other attractions in Orlando.

Add to this just over an hour drive to both the Gulf Coast and the Gold Coast of Florida, and you have the perfect base for your holiday in Florida.

The house is close to everything and yet in a wonderful location offering peace and tranquility on a perfect golf course and backing onto miles of forest.

    Your vacation home has nearly 2,000 square feet of living space - it has a family room as well as a living a room with fully air conditioned. The pool/patio area is fully screened in with a complete set of patio furniture. The full size washer and dryer are especially convenient for those extended stays. Highlands Reserve offers a community pool, tennis court and children play area.

    Payment Details
    20% non-refundable deposit is due at time of booking.(Balance due 30 days in advance.) A refundable security/damage deposit of 300 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented.
    Owner accepts payments by: PayPal - Direct Bank Deposit
    3.9% surcharge for secured PayPal payment.
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chair can be provided with a deposit/fee of: $30/Week.
    • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
    • Optional pool heat is available for £13.50 per day. A minimum of 3 days of heat is required. For stays longer than 7 nights pool heat is charged using daily rate.
