The villa is located in a quiet cul-de-sac area on this excellent development, yet only 15 minutes from the Disney World main entrance. Beautiful and quiet residential views. Neighbours are very friendly and if you are lucky they might invite you in for a drink or two!!

More Information

The pool is about 30 feet long with a depth ranging from 3 feet, to about 6 feet at the deep end. The pool is solar heated and has a small fountain, underwater lighting and is enclosed on all sides. There are sun beds with table and chairs on the deck area. Ideal for a family barbecues.

Villa is located 10 minute drive to two world-class championship Golf courses designed by internationally renowned golfer Greg Norman. Or you can also up your skills at the world headquarters of David Leadbetter Golf Academy.
Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 5 minute(s). 5 minutes to shopping and dining including 7-11 store, Publix, Eckerd drug store, Wal-Mart, Pizza Hut & Subway shops.
Beach is located within a 90 minute(s) drive. Water Mania is 18 minutes drive in IRLO Bronson Memorial Highway - Kissimmee. 'Wet 'n Wild" water parks are 25 minutes, east on the Interstate 4. Go west on Interstate 4 to Tampa and Clearwater Beaches. Easy beach access is via I-4 West to Tampa and Clearwater. Access to Kennedy Space Centre is via I-4 East takes about 1 hour.

Payment Details

20% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel 30 or more days prior, payments (less 50) are refunded.

Secure payment by Credit Card can be made directly to our managing agents in Davenport. Last Minute bookings MUST be PAID fully at time of booking

Policies

No smoking is allowed.
Children are allowed.
Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
Optional pool heat is available for $120 per week. For stays longer than 7 nights pool heat is prorated using weekly rate.
